Industrial Heritage Trail
The Industrial Heritage Trail is a local rail-with-trail linking together Kokomo’s historic industrial sites and Downtown. Trail provides resting spaces throughout, including one near a piece of public art near Kokomo Opalescent Glass. Ideal for bicycling, walking, and running.
The Industrial Heritage Trail connects to the Nickel Plate Trail (40+ miles of paved trail from Kokomo on north to Rochester) by a pedestrian bridge over Indiana 931 on the north side of Kokomo.
Wildcat Creek Walk of Excellence
The Wildcat Creek Walk of Excellence is ideal for walking, hiking, running, bicycling and even roller blading. Watch for local wildlife, native plants, and colorful murals painted by local artists along Wildcat Creek.
